Location: Deer Park , VIC Job Type: Must be available for Both Day & Night shifts Roster. After training this roster may alternate between shifts. Must be flexible between shift as per volume requirements. Key Responsibilities: Operate batching, blending, mixing, and weighing equipment to prepare materials for production. Follow standard operating procedures for handling raw materials (food, plastic, or similar substances). Use a forklift to transport materials and finished products across the facility (must have a current forklift licence). Work effectively in a dusty environment Perform basic calculations for material measurements; comfort with numbers and measurements is essential. Assist with quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications. Complete production documentation and logs as required. Working Hours & Pay: Training Period: $35.98 per hour (7 AM-3 PM or 8 AM-4 PM). Post-Training: $38.60 per hour. Day shift start from 5am to 3pm , Night shift is 3pm to 1am. ( start time may change depending on workload) Requirements: Physically fit and capable. Attention to detail Experience in batching, blending, mixing, and accurately weighing materials (plastic, food, or similar). Hold a current Australian forklift licence and be comfortable operating safely. Prior work in food, plastic, chemical, or similar production environments, with the ability to work in dusty conditions. Strong numeracy skills for precise measurement and calculations. Availability for training period at $35.98/hr, then able to work morning and afternoon 10-hour shifts 4 days per week ($38.60/hr).
