Our client, a well-established RTO based in Adelaide, is seeking a highly motivated full-time RTO Compliance Manager to champion regulatory standards and quality assurance across their nationally accredited training programs. Working closely with the executive and training teams, you'll develop, lead, and refine the RTO's compliance framework while responding to industry and policy changes. Tasks and Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of RTO compliance with ASQA, AQF, SRTOs, and other regulators Maintain and enhance internal audit systems and compliance documentation Respond to policy and procedural updates from regulatory bodies Conduct internal audits and produce compliance reports Oversee RTO policies, procedures, and training/assessment validation practices Ensure marketing, student management systems (VETtrak), and external partnerships meet regulatory standards Support trainers, assessors, and team leaders on industry engagement, PD, and trainer currency Provide strategic advice to the leadership team regarding continuous improvement initiatives Support implementation of the RTO's strategic plan with a focus on quality training outcomes Skills and Experience: Minimum 2 years in an RTO Compliance Manager or similar senior compliance role Extensive experience preparing and managing internal audits and ASQA audits Strong understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2015 and upcoming 2025 changes Demonstrated leadership across quality and risk management in an RTO setting Strong knowledge and experience in preparing, conducting and recording of Internal Audit processes Experience in evaluating Training Programs and conducting validation activities Complete understanding and application of Units of Competency and Training Packages Demonstrated experience consulting with Regulatory bodies Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution focus Extensive organisational, planning and time management skills with demonstrated ability to work with changing priorities to meet task and project timelines High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to work independently. High-level communication, analytical, and project coordination skills Proven ability to work across multiple departments and with external stakeholders Qualification Requirements: Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or later) Professional development in compliance/auditing (desirable) National Police Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Take the lead in building a culture of quality.
