Pro-Active Health is on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Exercise Physiologist to join our expanding team in Charnwood, ACT. Whether you're a seasoned clinician or a recent graduate ready to start your journey, this full-time role offers the flexibility, support, and professional development you need to thrive. Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including a Physiotherapist and another AEP, with plans to expand into additional allied health disciplines in a stand-alone clinic in the near future. Our private clinical space is located near Anytime Fitness, giving you access to premium facilities and a steady referral network. What You’ll Be Doing: Delivering evidence-based assessments and treatments for a wide variety of clients. Managing individual and group programs in rehab, chronic disease, and strength & conditioning. Preparing reports for DVA, NDIS, Medicare, and WorkCover. Working both independently and collaboratively in a high-performing, supportive team. Providing face-to-face clinical consultations and ongoing management. Engaging in inter-professional communication with other health providers. Promoting health education and lifestyle change strategies for clients.
