Work from either Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie or or Byron Bay Hybrid/flexible working options $52.15 - $55.00ph 11.5% Super Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550 Your role, your impact Join Each as our Mental Health Independent Contractor Team Lead and play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality, client-centred care through our Choice of Mind and Healthy Minds services, part of the Healthy Hub Connect program . You'll be leading the systems, processes, and partnerships that support a network of Independent Providers, ultimately helping individuals across the community access essential mental health care when and where they need it. This role reports directly to the General Manager and has line management responsibilities for staff within the Mental Health Independent Contractors Team. You'll also work closely with Stepped Care Coordinators, finance, the contracts team, and external Providers.
