You'll be leading the systems, processes, and partnerships that support a network of Independent Providers, ultimately helping individuals across the community access essential mental health care when and where they need it. This role reports directly to the General Manager and has line management responsibilities for staff within the Mental Health Independent Contractors Team. You'll also work closely with Stepped Care Coordinators, finance, the contracts team, and external Providers. You’re equally comfortable working behind the scenes with systems and data as you are supporting people to succeed. You’ll bring: Experience in sub-contracting and contract management, particularly in a community or mental health setting Proven ability to manage budgets and financial processes Demonstrated experience leading teams and supporting performance Strong organisational and communication skills A collaborative, solution-focused approach
