You’ll collaborate closely with managers and teams to uncover learning needs, design programs that address key skill uplift, and roll out initiatives that are practical, inclusive, and aligned with the new horizons we are building across LeavePlus. Description What you’ll be doing: As our Learning and Development Partner , you'll play a key role in shaping an inclusive, empowered learning culture across the organisation. You’ll bring people together, spark growth, and help teams and individuals build the skills they need to thrive. In this role, you will: Deliver compliance training that’s consistent, accessible, and easy to engage with across the organisation Lead the design and launch of a refreshed internal L&D program and a future-focused annual learning calendar Drive leadership development initiatives from program design through to delivery and meaningful evaluation Conduct a company-wide training needs analysis to shape learning priorities and guide investment in capability Collaborate across teams to redesign and uplift our company-wide induction and onboarding experience Create practical, learner-centred content using our LMS and digital learning tools, with a focus on usability and inclusion Track impact and success using an evaluation framework that connects learning programs with business and individual outcomes Skills And Experiences What you’ll bring: Experience in e-learning, internal learning program development and rollout, and LMS platforms (ELMO experience would be ideal!), instructional design Demonstrated skills in facilitating engaging sessions, both in-person and virtually Evidence of previous success making data-driven decisions and utilising it to inform, improve and measure learning impact Examples of being a collaborator and relationship developer who builds trust and brings others on the journey A demonstrated passion for accessible, learner-centred content and inclusive design Examples of your curious, adaptable, and always thinking about upcoming L&D projects LeavePus is a heavily regulated, member-first environment to work in and we operate utilising the Agile methodology driven by human-centred design thinking.
