Description We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our Supported Living team on a short-term contract, providing essential support while a valued team member is on extended leave. This position will provide coverage while a team member is on parental leave and includes a variety of shift types, including: Morning shifts (6am – 10am) Day shifts (8am – 5pm) Afternoon shifts (2pm – 10pm) Evening shifts (4pm – 11pm) Sleepovers (4pm – 8am) Due to the number of sleepovers, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Support Worker who is confident working in SIL environments and can hit the ground running. Skills And Experiences About You: Previous experience working in SIL or complex support environments Flexible with availability across a variety of shift types Confident in working independently and as part of a team Committed to promoting independence and person-centred care Holds current clearances: NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, and Driver’s Licence
