About the role Frontline Reception & Patient Support: Serve as the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience while managing inquiries and providing accurate information. Administrative Responsibilities : Assist with tasks such as appointment scheduling, mail distribution, and coordinating with hospital departments to support daily operations. Call Handling & Urgent Response : Manage phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and liaise with medical and support teams during urgent situations . System & Process Navigation: Utilize hospital systems like Web Delacy, CorePas, PCS, and MessageMedia while assisting with volunteer coordination, maintenance requests, and security procedures . About you Customer Service & Patient Support : Be the welcoming face of the hospital, providing a warm, professional, and supportive experience for patients, families, and staff. Key Responsibilities & Administration: Greet visitors, manage inquiries, and assist with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and hospital coordination. System & Department Coordination: Use hospital systems (Web Delacy, CorePas, PCS, MessageMedia) and liaise with outpatient clinics, palliative care, and support services. Shift Details & Work Environment: Permanent role from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Tuesday to Saturday, requiring flexibility, resilience, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
