This position could suit either an experienced manager who prefers to work independently or an assistant manager looking to taking the next step in his or her career with the help and support of our Fixed Operations Manager. Regardless of which category you come under, your customer service skills must be uncompromising and you must be able to build and maintain a good relationship with our manufacturer, work unsupervised and most importantly you must be able to work with a small but competent team providing them with the support and disciplines demanded of a Service Manager. The Role: Managing day to day running of the service department Leading your team of service advisors & workshop to ensure great service & customer satisfaction Enhance the departments profits Streamline & implement system processes Measuring, monitoring and improving various service & factory KPI's and profitability Monitoring department expenses Driving team morale and leading the team Skills & Experience: Excellent communication skills Experience as a service manager/assistant assistant service manager is essential The ability to deliver exceptional customer experience Great attitude, organised & professional Hold a current Australian Drivers licence An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Able to interpret service reports and be proficient in the use of computerised systems Ability to implement and maintain workshop WHS regulations to meet all legal requirements and industry best practice A generous package is on offer and will be negotiated based on your experience.
