Laundry assistant working Friday, Saturday and Sundays on a weekly basis. shift times are Friday 7-3, Weekends are 9-3 Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices. Provide a high quality, effective and efficient laundry service for residents (including laundry sorting, label checking, washing of personal clothing, linen and kitchen napery, folding and ironing), observing appropriate standards and infection control procedures. Work Autonomously over the weekend. To be successful we require you have to have the following skills, experience and personal qualities Previous experience in a commercial Laundry is required Ability to work independently as well as having a collaborative approach to all team members Be able to work efficiently and have good time management A positive outlook to your job and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our residents. A willingness to learn new skills and be able to take direction and feedback in a positive way.
