Youâll lead the design, implementation, and day-to-day operations of a truly innovative model that puts outcomes, equity, and person-centred care at the core.   About Northern Health: Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.  About the Role: Youâll work alongside a committed interdisciplinary team and in close partnership with Northern Healthâs Clinical Leadership, Effectiveness and Outcomes (CLEO) team, the Respiratory Department, Allied Health, and Digital Health. Together, youâll deliver care that is evidence-based, digitally enabled, and scalableâusing real-time data, remote monitoring, and patient-reported outcomes to drive meaningful impact across the health system.  Weâre looking for someone with advanced clinical expertise in pulmonary rehabilitation and a passion for transforming careâsomeone who is excited by the challenge of leading change, building high-performing teams, and pushing the boundaries of what virtual care can achieve.  This is your chance to lead a state-wide flagship initiative with the potential to set new standards in access, innovation, and value.  To be successful in this role you will have: Tertiary Qualification in Allied Health- Physiotherapy Professional qualifications and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or relevant professional body Relevant post graduate qualification in clinical, project management, digital health or research higher degree or equivalent (or working towards) A minimum of seven years of relevant clinical and leadership experience Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in pulmonary rehabilitation delivery including exercise assessment, prescription and progression, across different range of respiratory conditions. Direct experience in managing complex projects in a program management capacity including implementing new technologies with proven success in timely project completion and budget management.
