Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new clients and expand the company’s market share. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify potential clients and build relationships with key decision-makers. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Provide tailored insurance solutions based on clients' risk profiles and needs with assistance from Earnest Insurance Pty Ltd T/As Townsville Insurance Brokers Account Managers. Sales and Revenue Growth: Generate leads through various channels and convert them into business opportunities. Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. Collaborate with Earnest Insurance Pty Ltd T/As Townsville Insurance Brokers Account Managers to customize policies to fit client requirements. Networking and Partnerships: Build and maintain a network of contacts within the insurance industry and related sectors. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote services. Team Collaboration and Training: Work closely with Earnest Insurance Pty Ltd T/As Townsville Insurance Brokers Account Managers to identify best fit insurance products for potential clients. Share knowledge and best practices with team members and contribute to a collaborative environment. Assist in training new business development associates and guiding them on best practices.
