The responsibilities of this position will include: Lead, Mentor and Motivate and team of Vets & Nurses Guiding and developing the team, building a positive team culture Taking initiative to enhance clinic operations, efficiency and client retention Collaborating with the veterinary team to ensure high standards of patient care Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service Manage day-to-day clinic operations: scheduling, inventory, facility maintenance Monitor and manage clinic financial performance, including invoicing and accounts receivable Work with regional management to meet financial targets and manage clinic performance Our ideal candidate: We are looking for a person who is proudly professional and passionate about veterinary care, maintaining clinical standards, driving improvement, fear free/stress free handling and making sure that every animal who crosses our doorstep gets the best possible standard of care!
