You are responsible for providing high quality embryology and andrology services. With exceptional service and care, you will directly enhance the patient experience. Under guidance from the Laboratory Supervisor and Team Leaders, your responsibilities include: Providing excellent service and care to Repromed patients and clients Performing Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) procedures Consistently meeting productivity, performance and compliance expectations Collaborating with others to achieve the Monash IVF Group Mission Are you the ideal candidate for us? The ideal candidate will see their role as vital to the success of the organisation. Understanding there are ups and downs in reproductive health, the Embryologist will be sensitive to the needs of patients and will endeavour to maintain a critical eye to detail and focus on patient outcomes. Ideally you will bring the following: A degree in Biological/Health Science. A minimum of 2 years' experience in human embryology is preferred, but we will consider training for the right candidate Postgraduate qualification relevant to the field is advantageous Knowledge of ART legislation and clinical protocols Expertise in clinical human embryology services (IVF, ICSI, embryo culture, cryopreservation, embryo biopsy and andrology) is preferred but not essential Knowledge of RTAC Code of Practice and all Industry compliance requirements Knowledge of Pathology practice and accreditation including NATA and AS ISO 15189:2022 Pipetting and fine motor skills An orientation to focus on patient outcomes A critical eye for detail Well-developed communication skills and interpersonal skills Superior organisation and time management skills with proven ability to multitask Advanced Microsoft Office Skills If you’re ready to join the brave leaders of reproductive care, please follow the link below.
