Description Job Title: Splunk ITSI Tech Lead / ArchitectLocation: Sydney, AustraliaType- Permanent Experience Level: 8 to 10 years Experienced Splunk ITSI Tech Lead to design, implement, and manage IT Service Intelligence solutions that provide end to end visibility into the health and performance of critical IT services. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Splunk Core and Splunk ITSI, strong operational monitoring knowledge, and a passion for improving service reliability and incident response through data driven insights. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain ITSI services, KPIs, glass tables, and service analyzers.Lead end-to-end implementation of Splunk ITSI for new and existing services.Define and configure correlation searches, notable events, and episode review logic.Work closely with operations, DevOps, and business stakeholders to define meaningful KPIs.Develop and fine-tune adaptive thresholds and anomaly detection models.Create insightful dashboards and visualizations to support root cause analysis and reporting.Mentor and train internal teams on Splunk ITSI best practices.Integrate Splunk ITSI with third-party tools (e.g., Helix, PagerDuty).Optimize data ingestion, indexing, and license usage.Contribute to incident triage and response using ITSI event analytics.Stay current with new features and roadmap in Splunk ITSI and observability tools Interested people can share their resume at sakshi.tyagi@carecone.com.au
