Tianqi Lithium Energy Australia (TLEA) is seeking full-time Production Technicians (across various levels) to join our team at the Kwinana plant, working on an even-time "sportsman's roster" (5/5/4).As a Production Technician, you'll play a key role in the safe and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art lithium processing plant. Profile description: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) • Commit to zero LTIs and report all incidents and hazards to the Supervisor. • Follow all safety procedures, standards, and isolation protocols for plant and equipment. • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping across all work areas. • Undertake regular inspections and initiate maintenance responses for faults and breakdowns. • Eliminate and control hazards to ensure a safe working environment. Operational Support • Support the achievement of operational targets, including 99 percent quality tonnes for battery specification. • Execute safe and efficient operation of the LiOH processing plant and associated systems. • Competent in materials handling, pyrometallurgical, leach hydrometallurgical, crystalliser, packaging, and boiler operations. • Operate mobile equipment safely and effectively. Teamwork & Communication • Actively participate in team activities including toolbox meetings, shift handovers, and training sessions. • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments. • Build strong working relationships and contribute to a positive team environment.
