Start Date: Monday 11th August 2025 (You must not have annual leave for 10weeks, to complete training) Interviews Commencing week of 7th July 2025 Your new role Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat regarding accounts, betting, payments, and technical issues Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining a professional and friendly tone Pass on any escalations/ complex cases to the escalations department when necessary Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bet365 products, promotions, and responsible gambling policies Work within a rotating roster, including weekends and overnight shifts Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards, including data protection and responsible gambling protocols Document interactions and outcomes accurately in internal systems Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge What you'll get in return Working in a modern office with in-house perks and a highly motivated & supportive team environment with career growth opportunities. Permanent employment. You will be paid during training. On successful completion of training, your pay will increase to $70,574 per annum based on an average 40-hour week.
