Role Description We have several on-site role for Coaches specializing in Gymnastics (2 positions) and Aerial (1-2 positions) at East Gymnastics powered by The Y. Located in Sydney, NSW, the Coaches will be responsible for planning and conducting training sessions for gymnastics and aerial students, ensuring a safe and positive environment, providing feedback, care and guidance to every student, creating individualized training plans, and assisting in event coordination and tasks as needed. The Coaches will also be responsible for maintaining high-quality, personalised coaching and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
