What you will be doing: Managing a team of 2-3 Occupational Therapists Conducting joint sessions with staff members Your time will be split up approximately 70% clinical and 30% management Paediatric disability caseload Complete your report writing from home Office 1 day a week and community 4 days per week Goal orientated assessment and evidence-based therapy What's on offer: Above award salary packages - earn between $90,000 - $120,000 super (depending on experience) An extremely thorough and in-depth induction program No KPIs for the first 3 months Opportunity to help to develop the Paediatric service by helping with the opening of a new clinic space Incredibly low billable hours- industry lowest!
