Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development & Sales Expert to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth in targeted educational markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to educational institutions and building strategic partnerships within the education sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to acquire new school clients Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions Identify and engage with potential channel partners and resellers Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis Represent the company at educational conferences and industry events Collaborate with marketing on region-specific campaigns and materials Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity records in CRM Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends Requirements: 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in Tech or SaaS Demonstrated success selling to schools, preferably international or private institutions Experience with consultative selling approaches and complex sales cycles Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with education stakeholders Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills Experience with CRM systems and sales process documentation Willingness to travel within assigned region and meet clients Preferred Qualifications: Background in sales & consulting Experience selling enterprise software solutions Multilingual capabilities relevant to target region Knowledge of international education systems and structures Previous success with channel partner development Compensation: Competitive performance-based commission structure Opportunity to earn uncapped commissions with no earnings ceiling Comprehensive training on our platform and education industry Remote work flexibility with necessary tools and resources Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding EdTech company Location This is a remote position with a focus on our designated regions.
