About the role: We are looking for a highly motivated Psychologist that thrives on working independently and has the drive to help and grow a team You must understand evidence based best practice to delivering service to our clients Ideally you will have experience across the lifespan but we can also work towards you area of clinical preference KPI's are secondary to providing exceptional healthcare, however you will also understand their importance and consistently work towards achieving them We have an exceptional culture that can be validated by anyone of our staff members and throughout the recruitment process we invite you to speak to as many of them as you would like In return you get absolute flexibility, additional incentives and most importantly you get to provide a service that makes a difference in peoples lives For the right candidate there are career development opportunities Requires the following from you: Professional qualification in Psychologist with an active membership of Australia Council for Psychologist or a willingness to attain it. Willingness to undertake intrastate travel to deliver services in other locations, and some outside normal hours work, as need arises. Knowledge of NDIS and participant/family centred practices is desirable. Current driver’s licence. Current (no older than 3 months) or ability to apply for National Police Check.
