The Role We are seeking a Senior Chef to head up the events division , overseeing food delivery across weddings, private functions, and VIP dining. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Executive Chef and Founders, with an opportunity to grow into an Executive Chef position as the business continues to scale. *You must have a driver's license Responsibilities: Oversee the execution of high-volume, high-quality event menus (typically 80–200 pax) Lead and manage kitchen teams of 3–15 staff per event, often on the smaller side Collaborate with senior leadership on menu development and business strategy.
