About the RoleAs the Senior Business Support Officer, you will be the driving force behind the seamless coordination of executive documents, submissions, and correspondence on behalf of the CDO. Your expertise will ensure the accurate preparation, review and finalisation of critical financial documents, including budget reports and forecasts, financial performance analyses, as well as responses to significant stakeholder matters. You will play a key role in managing human resource and financial performance reporting, providing high-level advice on policies, procedures, and workforce management issues. Your ability to analyse and compile information will support informed decision-making and strategic planning across the division. In addition, you will oversee corporate governance requirements, including stocktakes, audits, and compliance activities, while also providing guidance on utilities, facilities, and records management. Your support for digital procurement initiatives and mentoring of the AO4 Support Officer will further enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Office of the CDO.
