Role Overview: We are looking for a Solicitor to join a thriving and growing Wills & Estates team close to the CBD. The team work across an interesting range of work including : Preparation of wills, trusts and powers of attorney Estate administration and preparation of administration and probate Complex estate disputes including challenging the will and family provision. Estate planning/trusts/administration. The opportunity will involve you being involved with working closely with solicitors in preparing and managing cases. There will be the opportunity to work with clients from day one, on interesting cases. Experience : Ideally you will have 2 years PQE and some genuine interest in developing a career in wills and estates. You will be able to draft wills and enduring powers of attorney and be able to take client instructions and have first rate communication skills.
