This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected and safety-first facility that supports major infrastructure and construction projects across Queensland. With consistent workflow and long-term projects underway, you'll be joining a stable and skilled team. As a Concrete Patcher , you will be responsible for the repair and finishing of precast concrete elements, ensuring all products meet quality and aesthetic standards prior to delivery. Your Role Patching, repairing, and smoothing imperfections in precast concrete elements. Grinding, sanding, and finishing to achieve consistent surface quality. Identifying and addressing air pockets, honeycombs, and edge damage. Mixing and applying repair compounds as per product specifications. Working collaboratively with quality control and production teams to meet daily targets. What We're Looking For Proven experience in concrete patching, rendering, or a related trade. Ability to work with hand tools (grinders, trowels, sanding tools, etc.). Strong attention to detail and high-quality finish standards. Proactive, safety-conscious, and able to work autonomously or in a team. Requirements WHS White Card (mandatory). Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
