The Opportunity As the Senior Facilities Manager , you will work as part of a dedicated and experienced management team overseeing the operations and maintenance of 100,000 square metres of premium office space, ensuring that the building is presented to an exceptionally high standard and operated in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner whilst achieving sustainability targets. About you You will have current experience working as a Facility Manager in a similar premium building environment, and the ability to demonstrate the following. A comprehensive understanding of landlord and tenant works Experience in delivering and managing capital works projects Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain rapport with tenants Strong Building Management System (BMS) operating skills Demonstrated diagnostic skills in building services and building fabric Occupational Health and Safety management, including statutory compliance requirements Knowledge of best practice AESMR certification and compliance Understanding of building sustainability, NABERS and ESD initiatives Strong computer software operating skills in MS Office and FM-related software Excellent communication skills with the ability to relay information to tenants in a clear and concise manner What's in it for you?
