As a key member of the team, you will assist in organising and delivering pain management programmes under the guidance of Allied Health professionals. You’ll play an essential role in supporting patients and staff during group interventions and education sessions, administering ePPOC questionnaires, and updating important resources to guide treatment and referrals. In this rewarding role, you will also provide vital administrative support by helping prepare materials for group programmes, assisting in the management of Allied Health triaging and patient follow-ups, and assisting with the maintenance physiotherapy equipment. About You We are looking for someone who is compassionate, proactive, and ready to make an impact in patient care. You will bring: Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent qualification. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively and follow therapist direction. Excellent communication abilities , showing empathy and respect when interacting with patients and staff. Computing skills, including data entry, word processing and management of electronic patient records Experience in patient care or working with individuals with chronic health conditions or disabilities.
