Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits Berri SA, 5343 Full Time, Contracted Role up to 7 months About the role As a Medical Scientist (MeS3), you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality, multi-disciplinary pathology services within a regional laboratory setting. This role oversees all operational aspects, including specimen reception, local collection centres, courier networks, and laboratory performance. You will play a vital role in ensuring the laboratory maintains compliance with accreditation standards, achieves key performance indicators, and delivers accurate and timely diagnostic services to the community. This position offers the opportunity to apply advanced scientific and technical expertise while also contributing to staff development through supervision, training, and mentoring of laboratory personnel. You will be actively involved in diagnostic problem-solving, planning, and reporting, while also engaging with local clients and stakeholders to maintain and grow service delivery. Travel to maintain your professional competency and support regional operations forms an essential part of this diverse and rewarding role.
