Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits Adelaide SA, 5000 Full Time, Contracted Role up to 3 years About the role As a Nuclear Medicine Registrar, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine services. Working under supervision, you will contribute to patient care by assisting in the performance and interpretation of nuclear medicine procedures across a variety of clinical presentations. This position offers hands-on experience in a specialised field, allowing you to build proficiency in both diagnostic imaging and targeted therapy. Throughout your placement, you will progressively develop your clinical, technical, and interpretive skills while gaining comprehensive knowledge of nuclear medicine practice. You will work closely with experienced specialists in a multidisciplinary environment that encourages learning and professional growth, forming a strong foundation for advanced training and future career progression. About You You are a motivated medical practitioner with a strong foundation in internal medicine or radiology and a genuine interest in advancing your expertise in nuclear medicine. You demonstrate sound clinical judgement, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a commitment to continuous learning in a specialised environment. Hold an MBBS or equivalent and are registrable with the Medical Board of Australia; may also hold (or be eligible for) Specialist Registration. Completed RACP Basic Training (incl. written and clinical exams) or RANZCR Part II and associated project requirements, where applicable. Possess strong communication and procedural skills, with the ability to work independently and competently in nuclear medicine settings. Have a working knowledge of clinical computer systems and a readiness to expand technical and clinical capabilities throughout the appointment.
