Purpose of the Role BGIS is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Coordinator to deliver responsive and compliant facilities maintenance across a high-profile energy infrastructure contract. Based full-time on site in Chinchilla , you will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering both preventative and reactive maintenance services. The successful candidate will enjoy autonomy on site, build strong subcontractor relationships, and thrive in a collaborative team that values reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.
