About the role We are seeking a casual Bar, Keno, TAB & Gaming Attendant to join our team at the Emerald Lakes Golf Club in Carrara, QLD. This dynamic role will involve providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests in our bar, Keno, TAB, and gaming areas. What you'll be doing Provide friendly and efficient service to customers in the bar, Keno, TAB, and gaming areas Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Operate Keno and TAB terminals, taking bets and processing payouts Assist with gaming machine maintenance and troubleshooting Ensure all bar, Keno, TAB and gaming areas are well-stocked, clean and tidy Adhere to all relevant liquor licensing and gaming regulations Handle cash and maintain accurate transaction records What we're looking for At least 6 months' experience in a similar customer service or bar/gaming role Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol and gaming regulations Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays Previous experience with Keno, TAB or gaming machines would be highly advantageous What we offer As part of the Emerald Lakes Golf Club team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: Competitive hourly rates No 4am finishes Flexible casual hours to suit your lifestyle Discounted dining privileges Free on site parking Opportunities for career development and progression A friendly, supportive and inclusive team environment About us The Emerald Lakes Golf Club is a premier golfing and hospitality destination in the heart of the Gold Coast.
