Your new role Your main duties will include, but not limited to, assembly, machine fault-finding, equipment repairs and involvement in ongoing maintenance and general troubleshooting duties. You will also work in a team leader capacity to run the workshop and motivate the team. Shutdowns, Breakdown & Maintenance Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, including overhauling equipment and mechanical parts Using precision measuring instruments to assess the accuracy, clearance, and fit of assembled and fabricated metal parts Operating equipment efficiently Following production requirements detailed on Job Sheets and Manufacturing Work Instructions Improving processes and procedures as required What you'll need to succeed Trade qualified fitter Supervisory experience essential Restricted electrical licence is beneficial but not essential Experience working in the heavy industrial sector or similar What you'll get in return In return, you will have the opportunity to work with an industry leader that provides career development opportunities.
