The Senior Architectural Drafter will be responsible for the design, documentation, budget control and client liaison, including the supervision and management of other drafters. The position requires the preparation of detailed drawings of Architectural designs and plans for buildings and structures. To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate: Proven experience working as a Revit Architectural Drafter across multiple projects Architectural Qualification is preferred Proficient in AutoCAD Proficient in Revit Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential Attentive to detail You will be responsible for the design, documentation, budget control and client liaison. The position requires the preparation of detailed drawings of Architectural designs and plans for buildings and structures. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to : Meeting with clients and others to discuss the client's needs and objectives and assist them in planning and organisation Drafting preliminary Architectural designs and specifications according to a brief that is functional, appropriate, and appealing Use design software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create models and visuals Preparation of virtual reality models Produce Architectural Concept drawings, Tender drawing, specifications, and detailed Construction Drawings Budget and cost calculations Ensuring that regulations and codes of practice are being adhered to Attendance at site using applicable instruments and photogrammetric equipment, if required Coordination of sub-consultants Client liaison Managing other drafters, supervision and review of in-house architectural drawings Development of conceptual sketches aligned with client briefs This is a full time position (Monday to Friday).
