About the Role This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the strategic transformation of our Australian Supply Chain. You will lead a high-performing team across project and program management, digital innovation, automation, and sustainability. Your work will directly influence the future of our network, operations, and culture. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic planning and transformation initiatives across the Australian Supply Chain, aligning with global strategy. Oversee all project and program management functions, including automation, site development, and lease management. Drive the digital supply chain agenda, including systems digitisation and cultural enablement. Champion sustainability initiatives, acting as the key liaison for global decarbonisation and zero waste programs. Provide robust data analysis and reporting to support cost reduction, process improvement, and strategic decision-making. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. What will ensure your success Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments with demonstrated expertise in leading large complex organisation change programs. Supply Chain Mastery: Deep expertise in logistics, operations, or planning, with deep knowledge of supply chain best practices and formal CI and Project management methodology. Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strong track record in project leadership, transformation delivery, and data-driven decision-making with demonstrated success in IBP, CAPEX, and enterprise-wide project delivery Digital & Automation Expertise: Experience in driving digital initiatives and integrating automation strategies. Commercial Acumen: Financial insight and stakeholder influence, with the ability to align diverse teams and priorities.
