This role is responsible for driving the delivery of high-level financial support services, including detailed analysis of service financial performance, patient care activity, expenditure and revenue. You will lead a team of financial professionals while delivering expert advice on Casemix, resource management and financial reporting to support effective decision-making and strategic planning. Your expertise will also contribute to improving organisational efficiency by reviewing, developing and implementing work practices, policies, financial models, and resource plans. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will ensure financial processes align with organisational goals and enhance service delivery.
