About the role: We’re on the lookout for a commercially savvy Account Manager to join our team, with a strong focus on nurturing and growing relationships with Boutique Builders in the area. This role will have a base out of our Preston showroom. What you’ll be doing: Building new relationships and strengthening existing partnerships with key Boutique Builders connected to the store’s geographic area.Working closely with the Store Manager, Boutique Builder Manager, and Commercial team to transition sales opportunities into the showroom where appropriate.Owning the Boutique Builder sales budget for your showroom and driving results.Playing a key role in lifting the Commercial knowledge and capability of the showroom team by sharing insights, processes, and practical know-how. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in a consultative sales or account management role (B2B or B2C) where relationship development and revenue delivery were front and centre.Exposure to premium products or project-based environments—appliances, interiors, or home improvement—will be highly regarded.An understanding of the building and specification process is a big plus.Comfortable working alongside Builders, Interior Designers, Colour Consultants and Architects to deliver a seamless customer experience.Highly organised with strong attention to detail, time management and follow-through.A natural collaborator with a genuine customer-first approach.
