We have an opportunity to employ an Installation Coordinator/ Administrator; full time (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm) Every fourth week that the billboard installation luna "run" occurs you will be required to work a Saturday and possible Sunday each fourth week. Overtime work is also required during that 4th week installation period. A full calendar of these Luna dates will be provided upon job commencement. Please note: This is NOT a management role and NOT A SIT AT DESK JOB. The role is largely based on the installation coordination process of advertising material within our company. The suitable candidate is: self motivated hard working happy to get sweaty sometimes attentive to detail efficient competent in reporting well to Management competent in coordinating installations for our Advertising Installers competent of completing general office duties excellent in monitoring factory storage. a non smoker is preferred Industry specific training and development is available to the successful applicant. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Receive and respond to all client emails and communications Receive and coordinate installation for all relevant client orders (advertising installation) Receive and coordinate installation for the Run period which extends to weekend work every 4th week Respond in the fastest possible time frame to client requests Receive and dispatch all relevant advertising material in a timely and accurate manner Ensure accurate and organized storage of all relevant advertising material (this requires some physical handling) Provide quotations for maintenance works to client sites and coordinate the completion of work Provide concise and purposeful feedback to Advertising Installers in Toolbox meetings Respond to client requests for site structural repairs, site extensions and one off projects Provide timely and cost effective quotes for site structural repairs, site extensions and one off projects Complete quality administrative duties including phone answering, word processing and accurate email Finalize and submit monthly invoicing to GM for processing by Accounts Clerk Commit to excellent teamwork Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 – $56,900.00 per year Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Public holidays Weekend availability Supplementary Pay: Overtime pay Penalty rates Ability to commute/relocate: Slacks Creek, QLD 4127: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Administration: 1 year (Preferred) Licence/Certification: Drivers License (Preferred) Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred) Work Location: In person
