We are currently working with a leading aged care provider who are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Facility Manager to oversee operations at one of their larger residential homes in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically qualified leader with a strong track record in aged care management and a passion for high-quality service delivery. About the Role: In this full-time position you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational management of a large well-established aged care home. You'll collaborate with clinical lifestyle and support teams to ensure excellence in care compliance and staff culture. Key Requirements: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential) Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Facility Manager in the same home (essential) Proven ability to lead a team through change and continuous improvement over several years Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards compliance and accreditation Excellent leadership people management and communication skills What's in it for you?
