This position would suit an Occupational Therapist looking for continual professional and career development, sustainable caseloads/targets and flexible working conditions. How you will be supported The company boasts an established Occupational Therapist team across the area with clinical leads who provide training and ongoing support. Each team member has structured supervision either weekly or fortnightly depending on their experience. The company also offers monthly Professional Development sessions and team catch-ups to ensure everyone is continually learning thus improving services for clients.
