Hydraulic/Mechanical Fitter with hydraulics experience required - Work location is our Welshpool factory plus at customer premises around the metro area. Experience with solenoids, hydraulic hoses, cylinders and fitting is highly regarded. Some on-site training provided. The role is centred around the following tasks: Fitting Hydraulic Attachments to forklifts and lift trucks Dismantle faulty components and assemblies and repair or replace defective parts Minor fabrication (ie minor welding on site) Fitting weigh gauges to forklifts Carry out periodic maintenance to various types of Material Handling Equipment General workshop duties Required Attributes Trade certificate (or verification/demonstration of competency & other qualifications) Strong work ethic Must have a current drivers license Ability to communicate well in a friendly manner with customers Strong regard for OH & S, site rules and regulations in various environments. Able to complete on-site inductions Able to work both independently and as a part of a team Must be reliable Experience in Material Handling Equipment will be highly regarded.
