We are now seeking a customer focused Service Receptionist to join our Phone Hub at our Helensvale dealership taking inbound calls working within a small and supportive team. About the role This is a fast-paced role answering a high volume of incoming calls to the Phone Hub. You will be transferring calls to other departments and dealerships and assisting our Servicing Customers by phone with making service bookings. In any one day you could be: Answering and transferring a high volume of incoming calls. Assisting customers with their service bookings and queries. Booking and updating existing service booking appointments. Providing quotes and answering customer queries. Liaising with internal departments. Performing general administrative tasks like filing. Other ad-hoc administration tasks as required. The ideal candidate should have: A bright, engaging personality and the ability to build rapport quickly. Experience with high-volume call handling. Strong customer service and phone etiquette. Intermediate Microsoft Office and data entry skills. A proactive, calm, and professional demeanour under pressure.
