Prince of Peace Lutheran College is a K-12 co-educational, independent, Christian school located in the north-western suburbs of Brisbane. The College was established by the Prince of Peace Lutheran Congregation in 1984 to provide quality Christian education to the children of the community. Prince of Peace Kindergarten opened its doors in May 2011, and is home to the youngest members of the College. The Kindergarten is situated in our Everton Park Campus, surrounded by natural bush areas. Prince of Peace Kindergarten is a single unit centre. It operates an extended hours Kindergarten Program, by which children can attend between 6.30am and 6.00pm for two to five days a week. The Kindergarten operates for 50 weeks of the year. Knowledge and Qualifications Minimum qualification of Certificate III in Children’s Services Current Blue Card – Queensland’s Working with Children Check Current First Aid and CPR including Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management (HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting) Minimum 12 months experience in children’s services preferred, but not essential.
