What you will be doing: Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work. Conducting assessments of worksites and functionalities Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers Developing tailored rehabilitation programs that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workplace Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients Mentor and provide support to junior rehabilitation consultants Why this role: Salary above market up to $110,000 Super with fantastic bonus structure.
