What you'll be doing The Multicultural Health Services (MCHS) Support Officer provides efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support services to WSLHD Multicultural Health services, teams, programs and staff across WSLHD. The position encompasses a range of duties and responsibilities, requiring a high level of organisational skills, reliability and flexibility to meet the needs of all teams and programs within MCHS. Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidentiality, to interpret complex information and advice and use discretion in knowing when to escalate matters of importance and/or urgency. Ability to effectively utilise an electronic document management system, such as HPE. Advanced proficiency in the use of the Microsoft suite of office products.
