This government-funded organisation plays a vital role in supporting the local community, and you’ll be part of a warm, supportive, and fun team that is passionate about making a difference.This permanent, part-time role (3 days per week) is focused on raising awareness and increasing visibility of the meaningful work the organisation delivers across the region. About the Role In this role, you'll bring fresh ideas and a proactive approach to developing marketing initiatives and community engagement strategies. You'll work collaboratively with the team while taking ownership of creative projects. Whether you have formal qualifications or bring hands-on experience, your innovative thinking and ability to work within budgets will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities Develop a Marketing and Communications Style Guide to support consistent branding.Maintain and update the organisation’s website (primarily used as an information hub).Coordinate new team headshots and visual content.Plan and manage the Marketing and Events Calendar, including community engagement activities and market research initiatives.Oversee brand and social media content, particularly around key events such as NAIDOC Week and other community programs.Implement and refine the social media content schedule, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines and securing approval before publishing.Offer strategic input and ideas to the management team, sharing insights into marketing best practices and innovations.
