As a Production Supervisor at Plunge Pools Direct, you'll oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules. You'll monitor product quality to meet company standards, lead and mentor a team of production workers, and maintain a clean and safe working environment by ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Additionally, you'll manage materials and supplies to ensure a positive flow for production needs and identify areas for improvement in production methods and procedures. Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise production staff.- Ensure high-quality control standards.- Oversee pressure testing of plunge pools.- Coordinate equipment packages for dispatch.- Take photographs of pools before shipment. Qualifications:- 5-10 years of experience in production and quality control.- Strong leadership and organizational skills.- Familiarity with pressure testing procedures.- Experience with equipment dispatch and photography.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Extensive experience using SharePoint.- Familiarity with the Ostendo ERP system is a great plus.
