About the Opportunity A highly respected commercial real estate agency is seeking an experienced and personable Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of industrial, office, and retail assets. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management Manage the day-to-day operations of a mixed-use commercial portfolio. Conduct regular site inspections (bi-monthly) and ensure asset performance and compliance. Maintain lease, safety, and maintenance standards across all properties. Tenant & Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for tenants. Manage lease obligations, coordinate fit-outs and make-goods. Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams. Financial & Lease Administration Monitor rent collections, arrears, and outgoing recoveries. Assist with lease negotiations, rent reviews, and renewals. Prepare monthly financial and property performance reports. Maintenance & Compliance Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance. Ensure WHS and essential services compliance. Oversee capital works and contractor performance. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate property records and tenancy schedules. Provide regular updates to clients on portfolio performance and risks. What You’ll Bring Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial or industrial property management. Experience managing multi-site or mixed-use portfolios. Proficiency in property management software (e.g., MRI, Yardi, Re-Leased). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A professional, proactive, and approachable attitude. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site inspections.
