Operations Coordinator - Property & Facilities Location: Erskine Park - Onsite, Monday to Friday (Full-Time, 40 hours per week) Eligibility: Australian Citizens only BGIS is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Coordinator to support onsite property and facilities operations for a high-profile client. This role plays a key part in delivering service excellence, managing vendors, and ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day activities across the site. You will work closely with both Facilities and Property teams to support preventative maintenance, financial reporting, compliance processes, and general administration. Key Responsibilities Facilities & Operations Support Maintain accurate data entry across internal systems Manage vendor coordination including quotes, PPM scheduling, and compliance follow-through Coordinate work orders, change requests, and contractor access Prepare documentation for audits and reporting purposes Support OH&S compliance including permits, risk assessments, and site safety practices Assist in the improvement and streamlining of operational processes Property Management Support Coordinate general office activities including supplies and logistics Manage vendor onboarding and insurance records Assist in generating and tracking purchase orders and supplier invoices Support budget planning, reconciliations, and expenditure control Assist with monthly site inspections and customer portal ticket management Provide administrative support across day-to-day property management functions About You Experience in facilities management, property coordination, or similar operational support roles Data Centre experience highly regarded Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent reporting, organisational, and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines Collaborative and professional, with a positive team-oriented mindset Why Choose BGIS?
