Key Responsibilities Provide expert HR advice and support to corporate & commercial teams. Partner with leaders to implement HR initiatives that enhance performance and engagement. Contribute to workforce planning, talent development, and change management. Support employee relations, performance management, and policy compliance. Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure adherence to HSE standards. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in HR practices. What You’ll Bring Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent industry experience). Proven experience in a similar HR advisory role, ideally within a corporate environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
