As Clinic Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and lead a dedicated clinical team. Your key responsibilities will be to: • Manage the clinical team including General Practitioners, Remote Area Nurses, Aboriginal Health Practitioners, Chronic Disease and Child & Maternal Health Nurses. • Implement strategies to improve long-term health outcomes in Community • Provide culturally sensitive healthcare services • Strengthen community engagement and build sustainable partnerships Is the role right for you? Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to deliver strategic outcomes and operational improvements. You must hold current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with a minimum 5 years experience leading a clinical team. • Current MEC, REC, ALS and Immunisation accreditation • Proven leadership experience in remote Aboriginal communities or similar settings • Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and building sustainable partnerships • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire your clinical team • High-level communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Commitment to improving health equity and outcomes Desirable Criteria: • Experience working within Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services • Knowledge of compliance standards including AGPAL accreditation • Experience navigating remote environments; four-wheel drive experience is beneficial Pre-Employment Requirements • Current unrestricted Australian driving licence • Ability to obtain a Working with Children NT Ochre Card • National Police History Check Whats it like living in Ampilatwatja Ampilatwatja offers a lifestyle unlike anywhere else in Australia.
