About the role We are looking for an experienced Human Resource generalist who is passionate about maximizing the employee experience and performance of all our team members. The People & Culture Account Engagement Lead role is designed to maximize the employee experience and performance of all team members. You will play an important role in collaborating with the client account partner to lead engagement and cyclical people processes as well as gain exposure to challenging HR projects. How will you do this: · Through exceptional stakeholder management and strong interpersonal skills, you will provide critical HR support across all functions of People and Culture. The aim is to create 'wow' experiences for employees by shaping the people function and ensuring a rewarding career with Cognizant · You will be the P&C SME on the account to guide leaders and associates through all stages of the employee life cycle including induction, on-boarding, training & development, engagement, performance management, career advancement and off-boarding activities. · Confidently consult, advise and provide advice to employees on all policy and procedures as well as provide generalist HR advice that best enables our team. · Work as one, collaborating with the P&C India counterpart to bring together an account culture that is unified across regions. This collaboration is crucial for ensuring that the account culture is consistent and cohesive, regardless of geographical location · About you: - You are a vibrant, energetic and experienced Human Resource generalist with exceptional organisation and communication skills. - Your hunger and passion for solving people challenges means you enjoy working collaboratively but are also confident on delivering great work autonomously. - You have between 3 - 5 years experience as a HR generalist and are looking to take the next opportunity to gain exposure to the world of HR Business Partnering. - Knowledge of the Fair Work Act and exposure to employment law will be highly advantageous!
